51 Franklin Street – Proposal and Special Exception Application

Mr. John Pilli is representing a group that is purchasing 51 Franklin Street which is a commercial building situated in the Acton’s Landing/Murray Hill residential neighborhood. They have applied for a Special Exception and expect to have the plan heard at the March 6th Board of Appeals meeting. 

The group is actively reaching out to the neighboring community associations to meet with them. This has reportedly included the Murray Hill Association and both Action’s Landing Condominium Association and Home Owners Association.
